Has my Order Shipped?
You can view whether your product has shipped or not by clicking on the my order tracking button on the top of the page in the title frame. You simply need to enter the Order number provided on your confirmation email.


How do I cancel a item in my order?
Orders can be cancelled at any time prior to shipping. Click on the Order tracking icon located above the heading. Enter your order number and confirm that the order has not been shipped. My order never arrived

I did not receive my full order
Confirm by clicking on the order tracking icon to confirm all of your components were shipped. If they were shipped, check with the delivery company to confirm they delivered all components of the order.
